Our Impact

Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, & Team Development

Professional development is the very foundation of the work PAC/LAC does within our communities. Recognizing that the single most important driver of overall organizational performance is strong leadership, PAC/LAC addresses effective communication, leadership challenges, career direction, executive development, and stress management. PAC/LAC’s experiential team workshops provide professionals with the knowledge, skills, and flexibility needed to develop and adapt in a rapidly changing workplace. Learn more

Guidelines of Care

In 1987, PAC/LAC launched the Guidelines of Care to set guidelines for prenatal, intrapartum, and neonatal treatment by producing a thorough, easy-to-use “how to” guidebook. To stay current on principles of perinatal and neonatal care, PAC/LAC continually revises the Guidelines of Care to best meet the needs of physicians and nurses who care for infants and their mothers. In 2014, the first edition of the Teen Pregnancy Guidelines of Care was launched to serve as a resource for all providers we serve pregnant teens. Get a copy now
