The 35th Annual Advances in Care Conference – Advances in Therapeutics and Technology: Critical Care of Neonates, Children, and Adults (formerly: High-Frequency Ventilation of Infants, Children & Adults) will present high quality education and networking opportunities to healthcare professionals who provide care for critically ill neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients with a focus on advances in therapeutics and technologies. Along with featured speakers, the conference includes abstract presentations on research on advances in these areas.

All incoming packages shipped to the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird are handled through the Cliff Lodge Bell Desk and delivered to guest room or meeting room locations. Guests can call the Cliff Lodge Bell Desk at extension x5034 when ready for delivery. The Bell staff will deliver packages to a meeting room or the guest’s lodging room. A signature is required by the guest upon delivery, therefore the guest must be present to receive any packages. Parcels shipped to Snowbird will incur a handling fee of $9.00 per package and $40.00 per pallet. Snowbird will post the charges to the guest’s room as an incidental charge. If the guest is not staying at the resort, a credit card must be provided.
Parcels that are delivered to Snowbird by vehicle on the day of set-up and do not require Snowbird storage, equipment or labor, will not incur a handling charge.
Continuing Education credits for physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists will be available.

A block of rooms (Cliff Lodge Bedrooms) have been reserved at The Cliff Lodge Snowbird Resort with the following rates:
- Single Occupancy Rate: $159.00
- Double Occupancy Rate: $169.00
A two-night deposit is required at the time of reservation. Confirmation of reservations received after February 20, 2018, is subject to availability. There is always the possibility the room block might sell out prior to February 20, 2018, in which case rooms will be sold at a higher rate based on availability and / or you will be referred to another hotel.

A $25.00 per room per night fee will be added to the guestroom charges and paid by the individuals as an incidental charge. This fee provides high-speed wireless internet in lodging rooms and public spaces, self-parking at all lodges including valet at the Cliff Lodge, enjoyment of pools, hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, in-room Cliff coffee, Lodge at Snowbird lobby beverages, USA Today, 800 number calls, free faxing and 15 minutes daily computer use in the business center.
Airport shuttles may be arranged while booking lodging through Snowbird Central Reservations (800-453-3000) or up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Current pre-paid group price is $72.00 per person round trip or $38.00 each way. Walk-ups are accepted at a higher rate on a space available basis at the Canyon transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Driver gratuity is not included and prices are subject to change.
